「SquatLock」および「スクワットロック」は、合同会社サキパルの登録商標です（商標登録第7041142号）。

当社の許可なく、本商標と同一または類似する名称、並びに当社の提供するアプリケーションと同一または極めて類似するコンセプト・UXフローを用いた模倣アプリケーションを配信・宣伝する行為は、商標権の侵害、およびApp Storeレビューガイドラインへの違反を構成します。

当社は、これら一切の知的財産権の無断使用・侵害行為に対して、過去に遡って損害賠償請求（不法行為に基づく利益の返還請求）を含む厳格な法的措置を講じます。

"SquatLock" and "スクワットロック" are registered trademarks of SAKIPARU, LLC (Japan Trademark Registration No. 7041142).

Distributing or promoting imitation applications that use a name identical or similar to these trademarks, or that copy the concept and UX flow of our application, without our permission constitutes trademark infringement and a violation of the App Store Review Guidelines.

We will take strict legal action against any unauthorized use or infringement of our intellectual property rights, including retroactive claims for damages (restitution of profits based on tort).
